STACKER

  • Stacks the filled carriers/moulds up to 20 units high depending on mould height
  • Precision position control via Servo Motor Drive

DESTACKER

  • To accept stacks of carriers by fork truck, then dispense one at a time to a stripping station.
  • Precision position control via Servo Motor Drive
  • Straddles the indexing conveyor and dispenses stacks from the loading station to release them singly onto the indexer

INDEX CONVEYOR

Index Conveyor
  • Moves production carriers through a series of stations.
  • One Indexing conveyor to move the forms through the production stations.
  • Consists of two rails running the length of the production area which act as tracks for the pusher system.
  • The pusher is a series of frames with wheels to guide them in the tracks.
  • A series of ratcheting pushers (dogs) are also mounted on the rails.
  • The rails are moved forward and back by an electric gear motor drive. On the forward stroke the ratcheting pushers, shove on the base frame of the mould sliding it along the rail. On the return stroke the pushers swing out of the way and slide under the next mould. When they emerge from under the mould they pop up to be ready for the next push.

ROTARY PACKAGING TABLE (TWO REQUIRED PER LINE)

Rotary Packing Table
  • Consists of a pallet positioning conveyor with rotary, vertical and horizontal motion.
  • Accepts a pallet from the pallet dispenser and maneuvers it into a position for the product to be stripped into the packaging.
  • Maintains an ergonomic position and level as boxes are added to the pallet.
  • Ejects the filled pallet onto an out feed conveyor.
  • Can move to an outboard position to add a partial skid during product change.

FORK TRUCK STACK REMOVAL STATION

Fork Truck Stack Removal
  • Hardened Station to buffer the fork truck from the stacker
  • Includes Safety Access fence and light curtain
