Overview
The BatchTron III is one of the most popular choices for batching controllers among many large companies in the concrete industry. This particular batching controller is specifically designed to meet the needs of plants with 2 or more mixers. One, two or three large touch screens can be added on to increase clarity and efficiency in your batch plant.
Features and Advantages of the Batch-Tron III
- Similar to the BatchTron II, it uses a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC); not a Windows/PC based automation controller. Unlike a windows based PC, this PLC cannot crash and many PLCs have run for 10 years without service of any kind.
- Add on extra touch screens. You will be able to view and control the entire batching operation on your touch screens. Multiple screens also give the capability for the management of more ingredients, capacity for 14 solid ingredients, 2 waters, and 12 admixtures.
- Has capacity for advanced functions such as bar and trend graphs for moisture, temperature and motor power recording. This also can performs automatic tolerance checks on all ingredients and have alerts if any ingredient or process errors occur.
