We have over 25 years experience designing and building custom machinery for material handling and automation.

We have built high speed handling systems for concrete landscape products, slurry dispensing equipment, material handling robotics and systems automation PLC's to name a few.

PLC (Programmable Logic Control) systems for retrofit or new installations are a specialty and have been since the early 1980's.

Plant design and layout are developed on state of the art UGS Solidedge 3D CAD. This allows a perfect visualization of the machine or plant, and components that fit right the first time.



Example - Custom Batch Plant for Cast Stone - Missouri

Specifications: 1 aggregate, 1 cement, S-350 Fejmert Mixer, Load cell, Weigh Scales for Cement & Aggregate, Fully Automated Scale-tron PLC control panel. Shipped as a kit for assembly by the customer.

Example - Fiberglass Mesh Dispensing System - Toronto

Specifications: A fully Automatic System for unrolling 1 ton rolls of fiberglass mesh, accurately feeding and placing in a pan and cut off to length with 1 mm tolerance. The system incorporates a centering system for the rolls a fabric take-up and tensioning system, and can cycle 5 times a minute on 2.4 meter length sheets.
