Quadrix^TM Concrete Paver Curing

The Quadrix^TM Accelerated Concrete Curing System is designed for the hardening of semi-dry precast concrete block paving, block and curb products. Quadrix^TM incorporates the following four components to provide for an optimal curing process.

1. Heat accelerates and increases cement hydration. This provides higher early strength and reduces chipping and breakage.
    
2. Circulation of air provides consistent temperatures throughout the curing chamber without hot or cold spots.
    
3. Moisture ensures maximum cement hydration and harder corners and edges.
    
4. Carbon-dioxide, when present during curing, is responsible for the reduction of efflorescence by binding calcium-hydroxide and forming calcium carbonate directly under the surface of concrete.
