Scale-Tron BatchTron

BatchTron is powerfully simple. An economical controller with many advanced features, Batchtron is at home in all types of concrete. Its easily customized screens and operating program can quickly be adapted to any type of plant or style of operation. Its 2 scale, 12 ingredient capacity, plus storage for 52 formulas, is perfect for a wide selection of plants. It can be tailored for use with or without mixer, delivery to truck or bucket, precast or block plant operation, with multiple delivery stations, each with their own formula and batch size if necessary. Special sequences such as standard and lighweight mixing cycles can be built right in and called from the formula.

Scale-Tron BatchTron-II

BatchTron-II is simply powerful. For more demanding applications that require more capacity or a wider range of features, BatchTron-II excels. Larger screen, clearer graphics and optional color display are more attractive on your operator. Up to 16 ingredients are standard as well as 280 formula storage.

Options include report printer, modem, link to MixTron and other mixer water systems as well our exclusive BatchLink software for connecting to PC databases.

BatchTron and BatchTron-II are PLC-based and have no hard or floppy drives for real world reliability. The cabinet is NEMA-12 dustproof and the touch screen is dust and waterproof. They both perform weight tolerance checking and are totally self-tuning for fast and precise batching every time. Both have automatic moisture compensation for aggregates and have programmable alarms for the many plant functions monitored by the system. Programmable timers allow you to tailor sequences like mixer charging and discharging to your exact needs.
