Hydronix Hydro-Mix

The Hydro-Mix microwave sensor, designed specifically for fitting to mixers, provides the most accurate method available in the industry for measuring and controlling the moisture content of materials in the mixer.

The sensor is housed in a robust nickel plated brass casing with an extremely abrasion resistant ceramic face plate. The sensor is secured to the mixer by means of a clamp ring for ease of fitting and subsequent adjustment. This detail will accommodate variable mixer base and liner thicknesses up to 50mm. The sensor is supplied with 1.5M screened cable and 6 pin plug and socket to IP65 for connecting to a screened extension cable.
